strange how things happen...

recently I have been stressed quite a bit due to applying for university, you see when I left school I only had two GCSE'S in English CC and that was it, and despite being dyslexic I got into sixth form to do childcare because what else could a girl...
........ I then left after that year with a pass grade in childcare and my maths GCSE C. I was happy, I then went on to work in KFC for the summer, hated it, left and walked straight into a job at Tesco's which I absolutely loved but that was only for Christmas, I suddenly thought "will my life be full of living off silly jobs not knowing if I have job security, not being able to afford to leave this area I live in". So I applied back at college but this time I went for a computer course CLAiTE level 1, for six months, and completed that went on for the diploma and also achieved my ECDL level 1.
I took a step back as it was august and realised why am I doing these courses at the age of 19 I still didn't know what I wanted from life, I applied for a construction course because I was always taking photos of new buildings and new structures, I was on level 2 btec in construction I was proud id achieved being given a place, a year later I started the level 3 btec diploma in construction and the built environment, 18months into the course and I have received an acceptance letter off university of Leeds, that was my goal in my professional life, in my personal life I had moved out to live on my own, loved and lost, loved again and lost again. bad things have happened but in the end we can get through anything, look at me I am 22 and starting university, if you give your self a chance and put yourself out there you can achieve many wonderful things. thanks for reading. xoxl
